Estate Care Management Service

Estate Care Management Services

Second and Vacant Home Management & Caretaker Services

This Service is designed for those owners who do not occupy their home on a full-time basis but prefer it be professionally cared for and maintained in their absence. Due to our clients' distance constraints and challenges associated with second home ownership and busy lifestyles we manage projects accordingly.

This program features the following services:

  • Oversight of all regularly scheduled maintenance of the property including landscape maintenance, pool maintenance, minor repairs, post-weather cleanup and trash removal.
  • Scheduled housecleaning chores.
  • Payment of all bills relating to the property upkeep and maintenance.
  • Delivery/Package Acceptance
  • Arranging and supervising contractors, plumber, electrician, and pest control.
  • Garbage and Recycle takeout and pickup

We are here to assist you in maintaining your home including property maintenance and repairs, home preparation for you and your guests arranging airport pick-up and drop off, and finally, ensuring that your property is operational, preserved, cleaned and locked-up while you are away.

The cost of this service is variable depending on the scope and range of service. We estimate the time it will take and charge per hour on a retainer arrangement or we charge a flat-fee monthly amount based on the scope and range of service. We work with you, your personal assistant, and executive relocation company to develop a customized property plan to detail a periodic schedule for maintenance and inspections.

Relax and leave the work to us... we are here to serve you.

Note:   We highly recommend our clients use the services of a home asset documentation and inventory service company that can help them be well prepared for possible insurance claims, emergencies, and keeping track of chattel.  We also recommend clients to hire a certified appraiser service for the purpose of valuating personal property including but not limited to antiques, art and jewelry.  The use of these service providers can also help simplify the estate care management as well as the estate planning process.
