Contemporary styled refurbished home (furnished in common areas) - Very clean, and ready to move-in! This single-story home has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, with a flat, private backyard with lawn, and a short drive to the beach.

We are clean, neat, responsible people renting rooms. We are kind and keep to ourselves. Please understand, you are renting a room, not the whole entire house.

Full use of the kitchen/laundry room/backyard which must be kept clean at all times.

The bathroom is shared upstairs, so cleaning up after yourself is important.

Utilities are shared and paid monthly within 15 Days of Bill. Currently split between 2 people at $75 per month but could change based on usage.
